Nathan Soltau has a passion for helping people overcome their past, cope with their present, and thrive in their future. His God-given mission is to first and foremost save people from suicide/suicidal thoughts, anxiety/depression, tragic life events, lack of purpose and then give them hope/lead them on the path towards a more fulfilling future.

Nathan started out like many people, not knowing why he was here & what he was born to do and thus struggled in many areas of life because of it.

Nathan’s life was then flipped upside down in the fall of 2017 when he lost a close family member to suicide. A few years later God intervened one night when he was at one of his lowest moments and his life has not been the same since. God helped him discover his purpose and He became the foundation of his life.

He is now a suicide prevention/motivational speaker, author, and content creator striving towards bringing hope and changing people’s hearts, minds, and souls.

Book

"From Depression & Suicidal Thoughts to Purpose: 29 lessons God showed me on how to overcome depression, suicidal thoughts, and traumatic experiences" is a deeply personal journey about the life of Nathan Soltau.

For most of his life, he suffered from pain, depression, lack of purpose, low self-worth and self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts. After a couple of close family members died from suicide, his life hit rock bottom. Then one night, everything changed. God came into his life and showed him that all of the pain that he suffered for the majority of his life was all for a reason. Little did he know it at the time, but God was painting a picture of life lessons along his life's journey on how to overcome depression, suicidal thoughts, and traumatic experiences.

Suicide has sadly become an epidemic in the world that we live in and is something that is very hard to talk about. But I am willing to be as transparent as I possibly can in this book order to help as many people as possible because everybody's life matters. YOU MATTER! This book is for everyone regardless of if you believe in God or not. This remarkable story will change your life!
